Davis. For the past 20 years, he has built luxury homes

In 1997, Steve began building under the name
Davis Custom Homes. His portfolio includes premier
custom homes in The Park, The Village and The
Greens all at Lincoln Heights, Elm Creek, Alamo
Heights, Terrell Hills, Oakwell Farms, Garraty Hill,
and Bentley Manor at Shavano Park.
Steve believes in creating a close working
relationship with his clients to ensure that he truly
understands and meets or exceeds their goals and
expectations. He works directly with architects and
clients during the design phase.
In Steve’s words, “Home buyers not only make a

Home clients in the selection of all interior finish

hardware, tile, carpet, colors, stains, etc.
